Next Rung Technology has been closely partnered with a rapidly growing industrial wastewater treatment company for over 3 years. The company was looking for support from engineers who have experience with novel wastewater treatment technologies to help their team with process engineering and project organization.

Process

Ongoing process and project engineering support

The Next Rung Technology team has worked with this wastewater treatment company in a variety of different areas by integrating with the partner’s engineering team. It has been essential that our team maintain flexibility to pivot into different projects depending on the need. Areas in which Next Rung’s support has been integral to the company’s ability to deliver on projects include; developing process design packages for new projects, including process flow diagrams, PIDs, instrumentation lists, and design basis documents, minor equipment procurement, HMI review and auditing, and general project tracking and organization. The team has also been involved with launching new product development efforts, completing mass and energy process modeling and equipment sizing.
