Reina Ashizawa
Business Analyst II
Reina joined Next Rung in 2022 while completing her Master’s in Biology at Tufts University. Reina has since developed technoeconomic models for a range of bioproducts including various plastics, food, and cellular agriculture processes at all scales. In addition to economic evaluations, Reina has worked on due diligence projects, capital cost estimates, and lifecycle assessments. She has also contributed to a cellular agriculture textbook and developed a PhD course both focused on technoeconomic assessments.
